The purpose of the meeting is to provide an introduction and start brainstorming ideas. Please be prepared to bring in some case studies, examples, info, and ideas for the project. As this may be hard to do without an official introduction, I would take it as a first stab using the information you gather from the above link (ie. site location, climate, function and etc)
